my sleep schedule is officially all screwed up;
ONE WEEK TO A.M.'s OPENING.

I really thought the longer I had to wait, the more the excitement would have faded, but no, I am still SO ABSOLUTELY JAZZED at being able to play Lily again in just one week. EEEE.

missmegan, hp_anon - How goes set-up things, ladies?

And this is not an official pimp, exactly, as I'm waiting on the game to be modly pimped first, but I am curious: any Sirius Black players on my f-list who play Sirius with the very close friendship with Lily on top of the James'-best-friend aspect? The game in question is a "pulled from different points in time" concept, so young Sirius or older Sirius, I'm not going to be all demanding and dictate one over the other, but them being close is an aspect that is pretty important to me.

For an example of my Lily with a post-Veil Sirius, you can see this log (multifandom, set in Los Angeles).

	!!!! I WILL SO BACK YOU UP ON THIS. Plus, the 3rd is pretty much perfectly coinciding with Dani's vacation so if the date were moved, I'd be really, really bummed. Is there really much left to DO with the rules? I meant, even if you start with a basic set, you can always make a "we've added rules, x, y and z to the list" mod post later. 	!!!!!!! WELL Erin is basically re-doing them, so it's sort of a whole new set. Because the way I did them is absolute fail, and probably as old as the summer 2008, SO. I know, it's been a while she is crazy slow gal, idek she goes to school and stuff so IDEK WHAT SHE DOES ALL DAY IF SHE'S NOT WRITING THE RULES. *shrug* And she is the scary mod, it is true. And I've tried harassing her, but I don't want to harass her too much because I'm afraid she'll eat me. >.> I think I'll ask her to just post what she has and we can edit it later considering how close to the date we are.

	OH NOES SHE HAS A LIFE! LE SHOCK! I think that sounds like a v. good plan, personally, because it gets you rules and keeps you from being nommed on. 	YES THEY DO, THE WENCHES. LMAO yeah that part is awesome. XD The thing is that they aren't very... professional, I guess? And I'm trying for a ~professional vibe in this game, and that's the part really missing it. That's completely understandable! You want the game to last, so it looking classy is important.

I think several of them have a good serious structure if you prune off caps or repeats. (For example, "IC drama is fun. OOC drama? Not so much. Don't cause it. If you have a problem with another player, come to the mod and we'll sort it out. Don't blur the line [between] OOC and IC." is pretty good as a stand-alone, once OCC is swapped to OOC -- which also needs tweaked for the OOC comm's journal title.)
